Common questions
Built to support the venue, not replace its judgment.
KEYS organizes records and makes review easier. The venue remains responsible for its own policies, staff decisions, and compliance obligations.
Pilot-ready
Bring questions to the demo.
The system is easiest to evaluate when a venue walks through its real intake, door, payment, and ABC-review process.
Does KEYS replace the venue’s compliance responsibility?
No. KEYS helps organize, document, and retrieve records. Venues remain responsible for compliance, legal interpretation, staff training, and final operational decisions.
Does KEYS store photo ID images?
No. KEYS can track that identity was reviewed, the ID type checked, the reviewing staff member, and the timestamp without storing photo ID images.
Can the system match our venue branding?
Yes. KEYS can be configured around basic venue colors, workflow, and membership-card presentation. Branded cards and public-facing pages can be adjusted during onboarding.
How does ABC access work?
Authorized staff can grant temporary read-only access so ABC can review relevant rosters, records, exports, and audit views without digging through paper files.
Can we export our data if we stop using KEYS?
Yes. The pilot language is designed around honest operational feedback. If KEYS is not a fit, the venue can export collected data for its own records.
Can KEYS support door staff without overcomplicating the door?
Yes. The door-facing views are designed to give staff a clear status and next action quickly, while management and ABC-facing views carry the deeper recordkeeping detail.
