No. KEYS helps organize, document, retrieve, and explain records. The venue remains responsible for legal interpretation, policies, staff training, and final operational decisions.

No. KEYS can record the ID type and number, verification state, reviewing staff member, and timestamp without retaining a photograph of the identification document.

An owner or manager can create temporary, read-only access for authorized ABC review. The session can be time-limited and revoked, and access activity is recorded in the audit history. The ABC-facing side cannot change venue records and does not expose the venue’s complete internal report.

No. KEYS is designed for a parallel transition. Members enter KEYS organically when they apply, renew, or arrive for their first KEYS-era visit. This preserves a traceable creation event and avoids bulk assumptions about old records.

Yes. Member-facing pages, serialized digital cards, and selected venue surfaces can use the venue's logo, colors, and basic brand treatment during configuration.

Yes. Staff-facing surfaces focus on scanning an identification or serialized member card, searching the record, seeing payment context, and taking the next action. Management and oversight tools carry the deeper record without forcing it into the door workflow.

Yes. Payment methods are configured around the venue. A cash-only club can operate without unnecessary card or check choices, while venues that accept multiple methods can enable and track the methods they actually use.

Yes. KEYS includes a restricted manager-and-owner Incident Management workspace for documenting incident reports, involved people, requested information, evidence references, corrective actions, owner review, status history, and closure. Human-readable incident reports and separate forensic audit exports preserve the case record for later review.

No. Both receive the complete KEYS platform. Each club-type page presents the workflows relevant to that license category and provides a path to a complete deployment quote, but KEYS is not split into separate products.

The 30-day pilot includes a dedicated hosted instance, standard configuration, venue-branded member pages and serialized digital cards, account setup, scan-assisted workflow configuration, initial training, and founder-supported launch. Use compatible equipment already available at your venue, or request a quote for an affordable, pilot-ready hardware package.

KEYS runs in a browser on compatible phones, tablets, and computers. The recommended operating setup is two tablets and one validated Bluetooth scanner that reads driver-license PDF417 barcodes and KEYS member-card QR codes. Existing equipment can be evaluated, or an affordable pilot-ready package can be quoted before launch.

Continuing service is quoted after a brief review of the venue’s license type, operating workflow, existing equipment, deployment requirements, and support needs. Both 031 and 032 clubs receive the complete KEYS platform.

Managed updates use a guarded release process with package verification, preflight checks, a verified pre-update recovery point, and post-deployment verification. New releases are proven in the KEYS Sandbox before the exact validated artifact is promoted to downstream instances.

Hardware purchased through an approved pilot quote belongs to the venue and can continue to be used if the venue proceeds with KEYS. The same equipment is not charged a second time during conversion.

KEYS supports intentional PDF and CSV outputs across high-value record areas. Exact export availability depends on the surface and record family, but the platform is built around usable venue records rather than screen-only data.
